Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Feel The Beat Entertainment and its affiliated companies (The Cool Shots Photo Booth, BAMA Casino Company).

Services

Feel The Beat Entertainment provides professional DJ services, entertainment, photo booth rentals, casino party entertainment, and related event services throughout Alabama. Specific services, pricing, and terms for each event are detailed in individual service contracts provided upon booking.

Booking and Deposits

• Reservation: A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date.
• Deposit Amount: Deposits are typically 25-50% of the total package price, as specified in your contract.
• Date Hold: Your event date is not reserved until the deposit is received and the contract is signed.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 14-30 days prior to your event, as specified in your contract.
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in cancellation of services or additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation

• 90+ days before event: Deposit is forfeited; no additional charges.
• 60-89 days before event: 50% of total contract value is due.
• 30-59 days before event: 75% of total contract value is due.
• Less than 30 days: 100% of total contract value is due.

Date Changes

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee. We will make every effort to accommodate changes when possible.

Service Provider Cancellation

In the rare event that Feel The Beat Entertainment must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, emergency, etc.), we will make every effort to provide a qualified replacement DJ or entertainment service. If no suitable replacement is available, all payments will be refunded in full. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Event Requirements

• Power: Client must provide adequate electrical power (typically 2-3 dedicated 20-amp circuits within 50 feet of setup location).
• Setup Space: A minimum of 8x10 feet of floor space on a level surface is required for standard DJ setup.
• Weather: For outdoor events, client must provide adequate shelter (tent, covered area) for equipment. Inclement weather may require relocation or modification of services.
• Access: DJ/entertainment staff must have access to the venue at least 1-2 hours before the event start time.
• Meals: For events lasting 5+ hours, a vendor meal is appreciated but not required.

Music and Requests

We maintain an extensive music library spanning all genres and eras. While we strive to accommodate all reasonable requests:

• We reserve the right to refuse requests for songs containing explicit content at family events.
• Special song requests should be submitted at least 2 weeks before your event.
• We cannot guarantee availability of obscure or unreleased music.
• "Do Not Play" lists will be respected.

Liability and Insurance

Feel The Beat Entertainment carries general liability insurance. However:

• We are not responsible for injuries to guests during dancing or other activities.
• We are not liable for venue damage not directly caused by our equipment or personnel.
• We are not responsible for acts of nature, power outages, or venue-related issues beyond our control.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.

Photography and Video

We may take photographs or video at your event for promotional purposes. By booking our services, you grant permission for such use unless you notify us in writing prior to your event. We will never sell images to third parties and will respect reasonable requests for privacy.

Overtime

If you wish to extend services beyond the contracted time, overtime is billed at an hourly rate specified in your contract (typically $150-$250 per hour). Overtime is subject to DJ availability and must be requested before the scheduled end time.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, venue closures, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Alabama.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
